Hydrangeas are the most popular Summer flowering shrub. They make a striking statement in the garden with their long blooming habit and clouds of ivory, pastel or deep pink and blue flowers.  Most prefer a shady spot but a few selections can tolerate full sun. The blossoms change colors from summer into fall and the dried stems are perfect for arrangements and wreaths.  All prefer a damp soil and will lower their pretty heads when they need a drink. Let our nursery experts help you choose the perfect Hydrangeas for your landscape.  One-year guarantee; two if we plant.

Learn all about the most popular Summer flowering shrub, Hydrangeas, this Sunday 16th at 1:00. At this free talk, “Hydrangeas for Every Garden”, Emily will cover selection of plants for sunny and shady spots, proper planting, fertilization, pruning at the right time, and the all important watering.  No charge but RSVPs appreciated at 937-885-2740 or sign up in the Gift Shop.
